The R.M. receives notice from your bank that a payment has been made. We will then issue a receipt and mail it to you.

- for taxes – your owner number located beside your name on your tax notice in brackets
- for utilities, etc. – your account number listed on your invoice

All processing fees are charged by OptionPay and are not received by the RM. OptionPay's maximum amount per transaction is $30,000.

What is OptionPay?

Is there an added fee for using OptionPay to pay my MCNP bills with my credit card?
Yes. All transactions carried out through OptionPay follow a tiered schedule, starting at a minimum fee of $2.00. To see the full fee schedule for using this payment option, please visit their fee schedule here. Note that credit card Rewards are earned on entire purchase, including fees.
Why is there an added fee to pay with credit card?
The fees are administered through the Option Pay program for the use of their service, and not through the RM.
